On wednesday we were able to open for the patients again, we had access to journals and could make new appointments but the electronic prescription and sick reports were still not working so I had a lot of angry and desperate phone calls this week. To make things work the doctors had to write prescriptions on paper and then we faxed them to the pharmacy. Friday the made it work for only one user...we are making progress here (!) but let's hope it's all back to normal on monday. My last week. I cannot believe how time is passing so fast!?
