Leaving for USA

Finally on our way.

We took an early train to the airport and arrived 06.32. They told us we could be rebooked via London but had to stay overnight in London. We didn't really want that since we had booked an apartment at our arrival destination. We considered buying a new ticket because we would then get full refund. But the only possible ticket from another company was now three times more expensive compared to what we payed. After thinking a while we went back and said ok we will take London. But then there was only one seat left! I thought it couldn't be worse than this but then he found us a solution! We were booked to go via Reykjavik and Vancouver then San Fransisco. Now all we had to do was apply for travel authorization to Canada. This proved to be really fast and simple. Finally we could have something to eat and it was almost noon.
