This morning started with headache. I took a pill and then breakfast. We left at 8 for Pico Austria. It took us 4 hours. Last part was really heavy. Coming down took only 1.5 hour for me that is since I was the last one down. More headache so I crawled down into my sleeping bag to rest. Mark is really sick so Jonn went down to regular basecamp to arrange a mule to carry his backpack down. Mark will go back to La Paz to get well.
