Awesome cake

It's been a hard week because we didn't have enough staff this week, apart from three doctors it was only me and Sissel so she had to do the lab in the morning and "skiftestue" in the afternoon (I really can't translate that word but it's everything from taking care of wounds, take stitches, giving vaccine, bloodpressure,  EKG and other tests.) And we have so many patients and the phone keeps calling so much I cannot even answer all those calls. So it has been a crazy week and we are glad that it's over. Sissel's husband used to work as a baker (until he got allergic to flour and had to quit) so he made this marvelous cake for us! Then I got a text from Eirik telling me the boat will arrive Skjervøy tonight 7 pm before going south again. He works at one of the Hurtigruten ships called Nordnorge (quite an unimaginative name that one). I went to the harbour and the boat was really late so we got only 10 minutes (instead of 45) but that's good anyway!
