I had a late start today...cycling to the ferry at Storstein where I parked my bike and walked to Vittnes. The blueberries are ripen and there are so many on the way - I am in blueberry heaven! I also had some crowberries just because they are so nutritious but nog as tasty as the blueberries. I crossed the stream and then went upwards to the first water. It was such a hot day today! At the end was some wet parts and one tricky climbing part where I thought here I would feel better with a rope and some camalots. But I was eager to get up and didn't let that stop me. Maybe I choose a bad route upwards? Anyway, I got up and the view was great of course. I didn't find any summit book so I placed my own (I brought one just in case). When I came down again I took a short swim in the really cold lake and had picnic before I went down and had some more blueberries on the way back.
