A friend of mine has some special abilities...to send souls to the other side which are stuck in between. He said it happened so quickly that he didn't have time to pass over. So my friend will go there on monday and try to send him over. He says he can't see but only feel the energy.

Day of sorrow

This was to become the most surrealistic day ever.
We had a lot of plans and we thought we would start with Star peak. But when we came there the rock was really wet and also it started raining a little. This was not according to the forecast so we decided quite early this is not a good day and so we turned down again. Instead we were going to Mannen so we drove to Å and went in Ågvatnet. At the end of the valley my phone rang. It was the Red Cross. Missing man in Kabelvåg. Immediately we understod it was our friend. Since his sister yesterday posted on fb to know if anyone seen him. We last had contact on sunday. So I called in to say we would be there in 3 hours (since we were so far from Svolvær). Then we had do get equipment from the depot. We met up at Vestfjord Hotel. Inger was the only one from Vestvågøy and she was going with the dog search team. So I just gave Anne Marit a vest and we went with the Hadsel team and one guy from Vågan. We searched through the small boat harbour, checked every boat. Later we went back do get new directions and something to eat. Two different dogs had marked in the water so they were investigating that. Soon it will be dark. Then they sent us home to continue search next day. We went home and still hoping he would just be in a tent somewhere with the phone out of battery. I was just going to bed when my phone rang. Eline gave me the message of death before I would have to read it in the papers. We are in a state of shock.

Today we tried Cody's new toys - tools for indoor ice climbing. It was a bit weird climbing with those but we made a special route and I guess it will be better next time. Then we went for pizza and they were looking at a house. Later in the evening Anne Marit came driving from Evenes.

Matmora
We hiked up the ridge to Matmora and down the other side. A bit windy on the summit. Then we hitchhiked back to the car and drove to Kalle where we camped. Cody in the van and me in a tent. We hade a nice fire. Actually we burned a whole table which someone left there. While cooking dinner and having a beer.

The Vigeland Park is the world's largest sculpture park made by a single artist, and is one of Norway's most popular tourist attractions. The park is open to visitors all year round.
The unique sculpture park is Gustav Vigeland's lifework with more than 200 sculptures in bronze, granite and wrought iron. Vigeland was also in charge of the design and architectural layout of the park. The Vigeland Park was mainly completed between 1939 and 1949.
Most of the sculptures are placed in five units along an 850 meter long axis: The Main gate, the Bridge with the Children's playground, the Fountain, the Monolith plateau and the Wheel of Life.
