I have met my superior...

I can handle a lot of snow, ice, cold, hail, slush and rain BUT the crazy storms raging in Lofoten...them I cannot handle. Yesterday when cycling home the sidewinds were so strong that I had to stop because I was afraid, and that's nothing compared to today! It's been raining like crazy all day but that's nothing and I thought it sounds worse than it is. But halfway home came winds so strong that it was really dangerous. The road is very narrow and I got of the bike and had troubles keeping me and my bike straight against the wind. So I realised I had to walk from there because I wouldn't dare to get on the bike. There is no way of keeping control and balance. It's almost like having trouble to stay on the ground. This is the worst I ever experienced. You can imagine the force when even trucks blow into one another...
