This first week I think I might went out too hard with training:
- Monday: climbing
- Tuesday: pilates / strength
- Wednesday: short skiing
- Friday: climbing
- Saturday: Running 6,5 km (in hail and strong winds)
- Sunday: recovery climbing
Saturday we decided to go to Lofoten Tindeklubb party and so we had fun, met some new people, drank a lot of alcohol and didn't sleep a lot. We stayed over night in Kabelvåg. Sunday we went to see a friend of Cody for coffee and then back to Vestvågøy for climbing as much as we could due to the hangover...
