Heading for the danish countryside

I woke up and had breakfast then I took a train to the airport where I am meeting the others. Then we drove to the countryside. We stopped for lunch at a small village called Stege, then we continued to Bakkegaard Gæstgiveri where we are staying. It's a cozy little place which I do recommend. Rooms are all different and designed by local artists, and even if you don't choose the breakfast buffet you get free coffee. It is also close to Møns Klint where we are going tomorrow. Today we just went to a restaurant next to the harbour.

This morning I flew to Bodø, where I met Ragnhild for a short meeting for some tourplanning regarding our arrangement for july. Looking at possible hikes and where to camp on Attir. Then I went to Trondheim for next change of flight. Also some waiting there before I finally arrived in Copenhagen in the evening. I arrived my hotel just around 11 pm. Tomorrow I will meet Rebecca!

Summit

The ridge between the peaks.

Today we chose another more direct route and got up the west summit. The view from here was amazing as you can imagine. What a day! And we are so lucky with the weather. But as we came down to our basecamp dark clouds started to gather. We thought of making a fire but the wind was increasing and it started to rain so we just stayed inside the tent making dinner.

Horseid

We got up early. It was a cold start. But such beautiful day. We tried to get up the ridge by the ocean but we took a wrong turn somewhere so we decided to go down and make a new attempt tomorrow.
