Avocado accident

This was a beautiful morning where the sun was warming a bit. We made coffee and I was gonna slice avocado for breakfast when I cut myself really deep in the finger. I got dizzy and had to lay down for a while and Ulf got the first aid kit and made a temporary bandage. We packed all together and headed to Svolvær Legevakta. I had to call on the way and the connection was bad. Dr Bain gave me local anestethic and stitched me. A bandage and then I was ready to go back to Digermulen. I was a bit worried about my project but now I could continue even though it got almost 2 pm before we were back at Digermulen again. Ulf left me and went home and I started cycling finally.

We were actually going to Store Molla but didn't check the ferry very careful so we just missed one and didn't wanna take the one at 5 pm since I was gonna start cycling tomorrow. So we went to Årsteinen and hiked up two peaks. It was a beautiful day and a lot of blueberries. Then we pitched our tent on a beach.

First we wanted to go to Reka in Vesterålen but weather forecast was not uplifting so first stop was Austnesfjorden where we stayed in the lavvo.

Back to Lofoten

Weather was getting worse so we headed south back to Lofoten. To wash some clothes and repack for the next trip. I had a shower and slept home one night.

Monday I met Linda in Malmö then I went to Copenhagen for my flight. In the evening I landed in Evenes where Ulf picked me up and we drove to Oteren where we pitched the tent. We wanted to go for Otertinden but weather was totally unstable so we went to Lyngen Alps instead.
